Transport Minister must lay out plan for A76, says Oliver

Dumfriesshire MSP Oliver Mundell says it’s astonishing over £200,000 has been spent on groundworks at Enterkinfoot on the A76, without any sort of plan being revealed as to how the road will be fixed being shared with the public.
